Takedown policy

PornRanks lists third-party sites but hosts NO adult content directly. If you are a copyright holder and believe that a referenced site contains content infringing your rights:

1. Contact the hosting site first (the URL in question) — it is the one hosting the content.
2. For issues related to our specific listing (e.g. you don't want to be listed), contact us via the form below.

Reporting procedure

Send an email to pornranks.contact@gmail.com with:

• Identity: name, contact, link to proof of identity (redacted passport is OK).
• Work concerned: precise description of the copyrighted content.
• Exact URL of the disputed content on the third-party site.
• URL of our page that references this site.
• Sworn statement: "I certify in good faith that the disputed use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law."
• Signature (manual or electronic).

We process within 48-72 business hours. If the request is legitimate, we remove the reference (and may blacklist the partner site in case of repeat offenses).

Bad faith

Abusive reports (false claims, harassment, unfair competition) may lead to legal action. Article 226-10 of the French Penal Code.
