How does PornRanks make money?

Through affiliation. When you click "Visit" and sign up on the partner site, we earn a commission. No cost to you, and it's what lets us keep the site free, with no aggressive ads.
Are the ratings rigged based on who pays?

No. Ratings are independent of the commission earned. A site that pays us big can get 6/10, and a site that pays us NOTHING can get 9.5/10 if it's deserved. That's our editorial commitment (see /about/methodology).
How do I know if a link is an affiliate link?

Every "Visit" button goes through /go/[slug], which redirects to an affiliate link if we have one. Otherwise, it redirects to the site's direct link. The review page shows an explicit disclaimer when the link is an affiliate one.
Why do I have to confirm my age on every visit?

You confirm once, then it's stored in a cookie for 30 days. If you clear your cache, we'll ask again. It's legally required for an adult directory site.
How do you protect my privacy?

We do NOT store your IP, name, or address. Only anonymized stats (page views, clicks). Full details on /legal/privacy. GDPR compliant.
Why French by default?

PornRanks primarily targets the French-speaking market (FR + BE + CH + CA + Africa). The English version is available on /en for everyone else. Coming eventually: ES, DE, IT, PT, RU, JA, ZH, AR, HI.
A listed site is broken / has shut down. What should I do?

Report it via /report or directly by email (pornranks.contact@gmail.com). We check within 48h and remove the site if confirmed. Thanks ✨
I want to suggest a site to add.

Send us the name + URL + a one-sentence description via /contact. We evaluate it, test it, and if it's relevant we add it (with or without an affiliate link).
I'm a creator / site owner. How do I become a partner?

Contact us via /contact with your affiliate network, your CPA/CPS, and a tracked signup link. We evaluate. No "buying a rating" possible (we've turned down plenty of proposals like that).
Do you track what I do on the partner site?

No. Once you click "Visit", you're on the partner's side — it's their tracking cookie following you, not ours. We just see that an anonymous user clicked our link.
Are there risks in using the listed sites?

Yes, like any website. Adult sites sometimes have aggressive pop-ups (use uBlock). Crypto sites carry financial risk (trading can lose you 100%). Gambling sites are addictive. We remind you of this in the reviews.
How do you know your reviews are up to date?

Every review shows the "Last checked" date. We re-test partner sites every 3 months. If you see something outdated, report it.
Is PornRanks accessible to minors?

No. PornRanks is strictly for adults only (18+, 21 in certain jurisdictions). The age gate at the entrance blocks access until adulthood is confirmed.
What is PornRanks' legal status?

Company registered in Curaçao, a jurisdiction suited to an adult affiliate directory. GDPR compliant for EU visitors, DMCA for US requests.
How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

Unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email. Or send us an email. It's instant, we don't do abusive retention.
